Mollie became the first British woman to summit Everest from both the North and South sides, and the youngest woman ever to achieve this at the age of 26. In 2020 she achieved her second world record by becoming the youngest woman in the world to ski solo from the coast of Antarctica to the South Pole. © Gareth Easton
